For the November 2016 BRUIN Financial Women in Financial Institutions Index (WiFI), data was comprised from more than 2,500 workers in financial services to record a WiFI Index score of 104.
- a +6 point increase indicates the engagement and recruitment of women in financial service has increased by comparison to the last 12 months.
- The gender pay gap has narrowed by comparison year on year, but with men still paid on average over 15% more than women in financial services.
- The proportion of women securing a job offer is an increase YoY, but a slight decrease from the results from the last 3 months.
