A private bank owned asset manager is looking to add a number 2 into the marketing department, with a specific focus towards product marketing. The person coming in to this role will have a broad responsibility in a lean marketing team, deputising for the Head of Marketing and operating at a senior level.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute on marketing strategy for assigned product sets.
  • Partner with product specialists to create compelling product stories for assigned product sets
  • Partner with channel marketing to influence a distribution strategy for product content including email, web, print, etc.
  • Govern consistency of master messaging and data reporting across product marketing materials, performance communications and webpages
  • Research and understand competitors to enhance knowledge and incorporate industry best practices into the firm's strategy and materials

Key experience required:

  • Extensive experience of working in the asset management industry
  • Prior understanding of product marketing and product management within the investments landscape
  • Working at both a strategic and operational level within a marketing team
  • IMC of CFA a bonus but not essential
