Responsiblities:

 

  • Oversight of the offshore Reconciliation team and cash flow processing.
  • Participation in global internal working groups and functional service level forums.
  • Monthly reviews of key performance metrics.
  • Confirmation of Equity, Fixed Income and Derivatives
  • Resolution of Portfolio Management and Trade related queries.
  • Involvement in global internal working groups and functional service level forums.
  • Oversight of the settlement of EMEA Equity and Fixed Income trading
  • Compilation of Settlements and Claims metrics

 

Skills:

  • A successful candidate will most likely have three years experience in Financial Operations with a good understanding of Front to Back processes.
  • Good product knowledge and understanding of Reconciliations, Markets and Settlements
  • Experience with International Market practices, rules, and regulations.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Being able to work both collaboratively and autonomously.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize responsibilities, think independently, evaluate potential risks, and escalate items appropriately.
  • Work within a pressured environment, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to build positive internal and external relationships.
