We are currently assisting a well known London Market Insurer recruit an experience L&D Coordinator on 12 month FTC for their very busy HR team.  This is a unique opportunity as you will also be responsible for managing their CSR/ESG calendar of activities too.

As the L&D Coordinator you will be responsible for the coordination and scheduling of all Learning and Training programmes for all employees across the group, as the successful candidate you will also be tasked with managing the CSR/ESG activities in partnership with the committee. 

Day to day duties will include:

  • Managing the annual L&D curriculum and programme (including administration, planning, scheduling and the execution of both internal and external events
  • MI reporting on all Learning and Development activity
  • Preparing all L&D marketing materials to promote both internally and externally
  • Evaluation of all L&D activity to ensure
  • Maintaining L&D files and records

This role has a need for a highly organised individual with a fantastic attention to detail with a passion for both L&D and ESG.
