We offer flexibility when it comes to working hours and try in many ways to help you juggle your work and home life especially when you’re expecting a new addition to the family, or have some other pressing family commitment.
These can include:
- Part-time working – where you work fewer than the standard number of full-time hours
- Home working – helpful when you need to concentrate on a particular piece of work or when you need to balance domestic and work commitments
- Flexible Holiday Scheme – each year you can have the option of buying up to 3 days additional leave
- Sabbatical/career break – an approved, extended period of unpaid leave which gives you the opportunity to study, carry out voluntary work or travel
We have a number of employees that currently work part time or work from home on a formal basis – many of whom are working or returning to work parents.
