Human Resources Operations Advisor – 12-Month FTC

Are you an experienced HR professional with a strong background in Financial Services? We’re partnering with a leading organisation to recruit a Human Resources Operations Advisor on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic HR team and play a key role in delivering operational excellence and compliance.
The Role
As an HR Operations Advisor, you will manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle and support HR Business Partnering and Training & Development teams. You’ll ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding, maintain accurate HR data, and produce insightful reports while overseeing compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Own operational processes for joiners, leavers, and internal changes.
- Manage onboarding and induction programmes.
- Maintain HR systems and produce reports from Workday and other platforms.
- Coordinate CPD audits, SPS renewals, and professional memberships.
- Track mandatory training and escalate non-compliance.
- Support HR-led projects and transformation initiatives.
About You
- Financial Services experience is essential.
- Previous experience in HR operations or senior HR administration.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and regulatory compliance.
- Proficient in HR systems (Workday experience desirable).
- Excellent organisational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and collaborate across multiple teams.
