Emily holds a BSc in Psychology and has over 15 years of recruitment experience, with particular expertise in retained assignments at senior level.
Having begun her career in the marketing sector, Emily joined an international recruitment firm in 2003. Over the next 7 years she was responsible for managing and growing various teams across Investment Banking and Asset Management.
Emily joined BRUIN Financial in March 2010 as a Director to head the permanent recruitment division and now as Managing Director, has specific responsibility for day to day operational management of BRUIN Financial. She is closely involved in BRUIN`s diversity and CSR activities, and is a mentor for The City Talent Initiative, a social mobility foundation supported by BRUIN.
