Main Purpose of role:

  • To perform a full 360°recruitment process. This will entail taking responsibility for sourcing roles, identifying suitable candidates, arranging interviews and handling feedback and offers on the Sales& Marketing Desk specialised in the Investment Management space.
  • To generate new business opportunities through a range of events and opportunities to develop strong relationships with both candidates and clients. We organise quarterly roundtables on hot topics within the Investment Management space relevant to Sales & Marketing professionals
  • To be an ambassador for BRUIN Financial, to promote the brand and the business and role model professionalism in the Financial Services market.

Duties:
The main duties will include but are not restricted to:

  • Develop your own desk working with both existing clients and bringing on new clients to the business within the Sales. This role will specifically focus on building relationships with Heads of Marketing, Heads of Sales and Heads of Distribution. You will be expected to develop your professional network using a variety of innovative and attractive solutions and opportunities.
  • To work as a true consultant to our clients, anticipating needs and finding solutions to their human capital concerns.
  • Conduct professional candidate meetings and agree action plans with all suitable candidates.
  • Actively work on behalf of candidates to identify suitable positions. Source candidates from our databases as well as proactively headhunting for specific assignments.
  • Seek out market information and intelligence and provide monthly market commentary on your desk. We produce market leading commentary relevant for the Distribution space in the investment management industry.
  • Share market intelligence with your desk, BRUIN Financial and The FSIER Group and the wider Financial Services market.
  • Promote conferences, events, market reports offered by BRUIN Financial to a wider audience.
