We now have an exciting opportunity within a leading and innovative financial services provider.
As a Client Service Manager you will the main point of contact for clients. Providing a high quality service to clients from the start to end of the process. This will include carrying out dealing, client take ons, transfers and fund administration.

Answer calls from adviser firms and their clients
Respond to queries from clients, advisers and colleagues
Develop and manage relationships with the financial adviser firms and the sales and advisor support teams
Own and manage relationships with a small number of firms
Provide training and support via phone to financial advisers and their staff
Resolve complaints and errors
Look for ways in which we can improve our service, be aware of the changing needs of clients, and participate in continual performance and development meetings
Share knowledge and mentor other team members and new staff
Previous experience in a financial services client facing role
Basic understanding of retail investments
Knowledge of onshore/offshore bonds, structured products, fixed interest products and investment trusts is beneficial but not essential
