We now have an opportunity, for the right candidate to take a leading role within a new and evolving Performance team.
The Performance division is undergoing a restructure and creating specialised product teams, they require an individual to head up the alternatives division within that. Its an exciting time to built out the systems and infrastructure around this development and the role offers excellent opportunity for a candidate that is motivated to make things happen and keen to take on a challenge.
o Manage the life cycle of performance calculation tools, repositories and reporting technologies
o Providing performance attribution and analytical support
o Implementing changes and improvements to processes and procedures
o Oversight of off-shore providers
o Previous experience in managing a team with a proven track record of developing and managing people
o Focused on continuous improvement
o Knowledge of performance measurement, attribution analysis and ex-post risk
o Understanding of front office and business development requirements
