A position within a world class Investment Management firm has just become available.
If you are skilled within Client Services then this may be the role for you. You will be given real responsibility, the ability to structure your own time and the option of progression.
The ideal candidate will have some previous experience within Asset Management, customer service and working with a phone.
Key responsibilities include:
Support existing clients and enquirers by proactively contacting them.
Identify sales opportunities through the active promotion of products and services.
Identify individual client needs and promote relevant products and services in line with those needs.
Build and maintain strong technical understanding of the business procedures and process flows.
Act as a continual improvement champion; delivering excellent service.
Understand and adhere to all Policies, Procedures, and Regulatory Requirements.
Provide administrative and sales support to walk-in customers in London, on a monthly rotad basis.
Key skills include:
Proven experience and commitment in providing an excellent level of client service.
Confident in dealing with senior stakeholders and presenting M.I and reporting analysis.
Excellent organizational skills and prioritization skills.
Problem resolution skills.
Ability to work under pressure, on multiple projects and stretching deadlines.
Previous experience gained within an Investments or Life and Pensions background.
Experienced user of Microsoft Office.
