We have an exciting new opportunity for a candidate that is skilled with Client Order Management.
You will be working with one of the biggest investment managers in the UK with a global presence and offering some attractive benefits for their employees.

Key responsibilities:
• Ensure the accurate and timely execution of client orders.
• Developing and maintaining effective Client and Service Provider relationships.
• Manage and direct the resolution of day to day operational issues or errors.
• Take ownership, design and enhance operational processes in conjunction with appropriate systems to support functional processing.
• Maintain procedure manuals, task lists and Risk Maps as necessary.
• Produce management information.
• Continuously evaluate the system integrity to ensure it’s robust and trusted.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of fund platform operation processes and system.

Key skills include:
• Good attention to detail and high accuracy rates.
• Flexibility and commitment.
• Robust coordination skills and structured approach.
• Provable experience of challenging working practises.
• Strong experience of oversight and processing controls/knowledge
• Understanding of key Investment Management activities.
• A proven track record of being flexible, adaptable and able to multi-task in a fast paced and changeable environment.
• Strong analytical and written skills.
