If you have experience within asset management customer service an exciting new opportunity has arisen within a dynamic investments firm.
You will be within a customer facing role, supporting clients by; telephone, email and other written correspondence, with access to key benefits such as; contributory pension schemes, private healthcare plans, life insurance and on-site training, amongst other benefits.

Key responsibilities;
• Answer all customer inquiries, identifying problems and offering resolutions.
• Identify customer's current and future needs and ensuring information is correct and in good order.
• Process any customer requests.
• Keep up to date on new products, market conditions and regulatory requirements.
• Detect and assess potential signs of fraudulent and/or suspicious activity.
• Identify trends and recommend improvement opportunities.
• Develop and leverage internal and/or external relationships.

Key skills;
• Ideally Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Knowledge and understanding of Asset Management and the products we offer.
• Experience handling investment products, e.g. OEIC, SICAV, and Investment Trusts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
