If you have experience within asset management customer service an exciting new opportunity has arisen within a dynamic investments firm.
You will be within a customer facing role, supporting clients by; telephone, email and other written correspondence, with access to key benefits such as; contributory pension schemes, private healthcare plans, life insurance and on-site training, amongst other benefits.
Answer all customer inquiries, identifying problems and offering resolutions.
Identify customer's current and future needs and ensuring information is correct and in good order.
Process any customer requests.
Keep up to date on new products, market conditions and regulatory requirements.
Detect and assess potential signs of fraudulent and/or suspicious activity.
Identify trends and recommend improvement opportunities.
Develop and leverage internal and/or external relationships.
Ideally Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
Strong customer service experience.
Knowledge and understanding of Asset Management and the products we offer.
Experience handling investment products, e.g. OEIC, SICAV, and Investment Trusts.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
