You will be working for one of the worlds biggest financial advisory groups with footings in various countries across the globe and offering some very appealing benefits to their employees.
Your responsibilities will include:
Being the first contact of administrative procedures of clients or advisers.
Adhering to procedures and service level agreements set by the department, or external counterparts, whilst identifying any potential improvements.
Ensuring payment requests are completed in a timely fashion.
Provide administrative support for clients banking requirements.
Ensure correct management fee structure are implemented.
Maintain accurate and complete static data on all systems at all times.
Coordinate regulatory project work
Assist with client reporting to ensure that periodic statements are sent within agreed timeframes.
Key skills needed:
Previous experience in a similar role within HNW Client Support
Diligent and high level of attention to detail
Organisational skills and ability to prioritise
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Computer literate (MS Office)
