We now have an exciting new position available with one of our global clients who have offices situated in major business city’s such as London, Tokyo, Sydney, Hong-Kong and Singapore, to name a few.

Your role will consist of performing a client service function in regards to segregated and pooled clients, by developing relationships and providing a value adding service. You will also receive some very attractive benefits ranging from healthcare to subsidized gym membership.

Key responsibilities include:
• Point of contact for clients and internal divisions.
• Creating quality controls and delivering recurring standard and customized reports as well as ad-hoc reports to clients and authorized 3rd parties. Ensuring they are completed in line with policy and in a timely fashion.
• Follows all standard processes as well as taking an active role in their ongoing improvement and maintenance.
• Leads and supports the resolution of all operational issues identified by the clients, their consultant or custodian bank.
• Manages the onboarding process and other transition activity for clients through to resolution.
• Maintaining internal databases.

Key skills:
• Educated to a degree, or equivalent, standard and/or IMC qualification or in the process of gaining these.
• Strong investment management industry experience, working with and supporting institutional separate accounts and/or pooled clients.
• Solid understanding and experience with investment operations.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Working knowledge of MS PowerPoint. Experience with performance, fund accounting and reporting systems.
