Our client is a dynamic investment company looking for someone to take responsibility for gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and insight gathered from investors and distribution networks to identify innovative opportunities within the industry.

Key responsibilities;

• Creating and leading insight projects that use various qualitative and quantitative methods to provide an in depth understanding of needs, motivation and customer experience.
• Creating and implementing a data analysis strategy to incorporate analytics from multiple channels.
• Gathering, consolidating and translating data in terms of propensity, retention, churn and value chains, for example.
• Liaise and collaborate effectively with local teams to encourage engagement, trust and successful implementation of defined opportunities.

Key skills;
• Fluent in French.
• Strong data collection and analytical skills, and must have previous experience in gathering data, creating insights and running focus groups.
• Proven ability in influencing and managing change.
• Proven track record of managing projects from start to finish.
• Understanding of the digital industry is desirable.
