We are working with a prestigious Wealth Management institution to recruit an experienced Head of Client Services, in a managerial and client facing role. Our client offers a competitive salary and equity options in the business, along with the usual benefits package and great life-work balance.

As Head of Client Services, you will be the first point of contact for clients, and will be responsible for all management activities for the Client Services team. You will have exposure to a variety of areas and functions and the opportunity to work on client acquisition and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Client onboarding, account opening, account transfers and client service
• Team management, recruitment, training and ongoing professional development of the team
• Oversee Asset transfers, incl. Pensions, ISA’s and JISAs
• Deliver a tailored service to clients, and support the client and business admin enquiries
• Contribute to process improvements relating to client account management, and in projects and change initiatives

Skills and Expertise

• Experience in a client facing function, servicing high net worth clients
• Expertise in servicing high net worth (HNW) clients, from a Wealth Management firm background
• Team management, recruitment, and training experience, from a managerial role
• Proven knowledge of the wealth and investment management market and products
• Strong leadership skills and proven senior stakeholder management experience
• Proven understanding of the UK regulatory and compliance environment
• Experience in recommending and implementing new processes and technology
• PCIAM or Investment Advice Diploma preferred
