Our leading investment management client is looking for a Client Dealer Service Representative to join their team.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Answer incoming customer service calls and respond to all enquiries from shareholders, dealers, prospective interests, and internal clients
• Make telephone calls to shareholders, brokers, dealers, and banks to resolve transactions not in good order
• Chasing settlements or other potentially risky items
• Keep abreast of current market conditions, fund and company policies, and all procedural information
• Undergo Administration duties

Experience required:

• Exceptional client service skills
• Experience in a general office / business writing skills
• Strong customer service experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience handling investment products
