Are you ready for the next challenge? Our leading Investment Management client is recruiting for a key role in their Client Management team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead on developing strategic relationships across the Institutional Clients space and contribute to strategy development and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Account management and support for the pensions clients, Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution
• Manage relationships with Institutional Clients to support business growth
• Act as POC for internal client enquiries and manage client requirements
• Manage client and consultant queries and onboarding
• Support the RM with restructuring requirements
• Manage documentation, account set-up, transition and oversight
• Review Investment Management Agreements and provide support and oversight to the client contracting team
• Projects and change, incl. system enhancements and process improvements

Skills and Expertise

• Strong Institutional Pensions (DB and DC) Clients experience
• Client account management expertise
• Client onboarding and management experience
• Knowledge across a wide range of asset classes, and pooled and segregated investment structures
• Previous experience in a client facing role
• Investment Management background
• Understanding of the internal processes within and Asset Manager
• Educated to University degree or equivalent; any further qualifications would be an advantage
