A financial technology company is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join their Client Services department in London.

The Customer Relationship Customer is responsible for managing their assigned portfolio of UK accounts, retaining and growing revenue from existing customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
Maintaining and strengthening relationships of a large portfolio of assigned customers, key contacts, TAs, fund managers and service providers
Ensuring smooth and efficient on-boarding of new customers and provision of new products to existing customers, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders
Drafting and maintaining an account plan for each customer for the year ahead to retain and grow revenue
Ensuring Salesforce is up to date for all customers
Managing opportunities for networking across different industry groups to support the interests of customers
Experience of managing and delivering on revenue targets
Articulate and able to communicate well in written and spoken English
High level of honesty and integrity
Strong relationship builder
Strong focus and organisational capabilities
Good level of IT skills
