Our leading Financial Services client, based in the heart of Birmingham, is looking for a VP level Client and Data Services Case Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.

This position will be part of the team responsible for Client On-boarding, Account Maintenance and Reference Data Services. The purpose of this is to play an integral part in the first line of defence against Financial Crime, in an attempt to reduce the risk of working with new clients.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring that cases are managed effectively and consistently in line with the agreed process
• Reviewing complex KYC cases
• Working with the Customer On-boarding team to ensure efficient On-boarding services to front office staff and clients
• Promoting continuous improvement within their area

Experience required:

• Experience in Client On-boarding
• Experience in KYC is key, alongside an understanding of regulatory requirements Ie. AFC and FATCA
• Excellent people management skills with the ability to communicate with a range of levels
