A leading financial services firm is looking for a Digital Marketing Co-ordinator to join their team in Brighton. The successful candidate will be a key figure in the project to re-launch the companys entire intermediary website.
Responsibilities will include:
Assist the Digital Manager to optimise the performance of the Adviser journey using site analytics to understand customer behaviours.
Work with operational teams to produce end-to-end journey management information and recommend changes to optimise outcomes.
Ensure content is maintained, updated and approved to meet regulatory, financial, product technical and brand requirements.
Development of new content to meet market changes or identified customer needs.
Develop content to optimise site/page visibility to drive organic traffic.
Experience of developing and managing digital customer acquisition propositions to maximise business performance across a range of financial products
Strong digital marketing experience across the B2B channels for the IFA market
Expert CMS user
Experience of working with a brand and to brand guidelines
Proven track record of managing marketing budgets and optimising spend
Strong creative skills with a genuine passion for the customer
Strong people and stakeholder management skills
Ability to clearly communicate and influence at all levels
Good understanding of media tracking/tagging process and best practice online customer journey
