Our client, a leading financial services group, is seeking a Client Communications Manger to join their team in Hove. You will benefit from great work-life balance and a very competitive remuneration package.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend business pitches, site visits, business implementation and business client review meetings
• Develop bespoke employee communications and financial education strategy
• Manage client employee communications for employer and trustee clients
• Manage and deliver the firm’s client communications capability and proposition
• Represent the DC Client Communications function, internally and in external meetings
• Manage and oversee the approval process for all materials and provide the final sign off
• Lead the team of three Executives and ensure audit trail materials management
• Manage and coach employees to maximise performance
• Location Hove and extensive flexible working possibility

Skills Required

• Strong experience in leading a client communications or marketing team
• Experience in developing and delivering financial services marketing and communication plans
• Understanding of the Financial Services industry and legislative changes
• Knowledge of supplier management and third party relationship development and oversight
