One of our global investment management clients is currently seeking a Head of CRM (Salesforce) to join their continuously growing firm in London.

In more than 40 years this firm has specialised in strategizing liquid management and liability based projects. Their global clients range from pension schemes to retail investors making them one of the largest major global investor.

A the Head of CRM the successful candidate will be responsible for developing the CRM strategy in support of the firm’s grown and business development efforts. They will design the digital solutions and improve interactions with clients, providing a positive user experience.

Other responsibilities of the Head of CRM will involve:

- Enhancing the CRM strategy adding value to existing processing
- Measuring and agreeing on KPIs and metrics
- Analysing business requirements across institutional and retail channels
- Managing the ongoing development of Salesforce for various international offices

The ideal candidate will have significant experience working within a similar Senior Digital Marketing position with a strong understanding of CRM Salesforce and it’s strategy and development. They will also have the ability to use email marketing tools, automation and analytics effectively and confidently.
