One of our financial services clients is currently seeking an Employee Communications Manager to join their firm in London.
As the Employee Communications Manager the successful candidate will be working within the strategy creation team and managing communications across the firm. You will be creating and delivering communications that support the company strategy and priories and enhancing employee experiences.
Other responsibilities of the Employee Communications Manager will include:
- Leading content creation for the EMEA region in support of assets and communications platforms
- Leading the employee experience for London offices and creating opportunities for enrichment
- Coordinating employee events across the UK and EMEA as a whole
- Lead in designing campaigns and executing initiatives
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar position within the financial services industry and have a strong understanding of communications strategy for global and local audiences. They will have extensive experience of employee communications for a global firm and be able to work effectively with employees of all levels.
