One of our talented and dedicated clients who are one of the leading financial service providers is currently seeking a Marketing Manager to focus on their Banks and Building Societies team in the Wales based office.

This firm aim to support clients in reaching financial security, and with a main focus on social responsibility and currently £394bn AUM developed in over 170 years of working, they provide confidence to investors in their ability to manage investments.

As the Marketing Manager of the Banks and Building Societies team, the successful candidate will be leading in the development and execution of marketing plans for the firm’s insurance products across multiple channels. They will also be delivering marketing activity and plans for partners in line with performance and targets.

Other responsibilities of the Marketing Manager will involve:

- Innovating marketing plans to understand new developments within certain channels
- Driving the digital agendas for B2B2C marketing plans
- Influencing the development of new products and enhancements
- Leading in the annual and quarterly planning cycle and running meetings
- Combining marketing plans with distribution plans
- Managing the budgets effectively

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role within Financial Services and have a great understanding of the D2C or B2B2C channels that drive results, as well as a strong understanding of paid, earned and owned media. They will also have great knowledge of the Insurance market and emerging trends within.
