One of our clients, a global fund and wealth management house is currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join their office in Wales.
This firm was established only 25 years ago and now has over £10bn FUM, whilst continuing to provide not only high quality, but also fair and honest services to their clients.
Reporting to the Regional Business Development Director the successful candidate will be working alongside a team of BDMs to provide an ongoing high quality service to intermediaries within specific regions of the UK.
Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager will include:
- Contributing to sales ideas and initiatives
- Maintaining and developing relationships to meet personal targets and increase business
- Ensuring good structure within in teams to provide efficient processes
- Updating and populating the CRM system on an ongoing basis
The ideal candidate will have an excellent understand of the Financial Services industry and experience working in a similar Sales role covering the intermediary UK market.
