Our Client is recruiting for an Institutional Sales Support to join their Distribution department. The successful candidate will be providing support to the institutional sales team. As well as developing strong internal stakeholder relationships and exhibiting proactive external skills.

Key responsibilities:

Be proactive in identifying sales opportunities and communicating these to the relevant team members
Maintain excellent working relationships around key business areas at all times
To develop your understanding of clients, products and services in order to be able to have conversations with clients/consultants on their unique proposition
To work with your colleagues to identify ways to streamline current processes and procedures in order that the team works more efficiently and effectively
Contribute to sales activity by co-ordinating meetings, and preparing meeting packs for consultant meetings and new business pitches
Responding to internal and external queries, requests for information and data, resolving queries fully and efficiently and in a timely manner

Key Skills:
Ideally the successful candidate will have a strong academic background and will be degree qualified (preferably 2.1) or Equivalent
Experience within the investment management industry including providing an exceptional level of client service and sales
Institutional client experience
Strong interpersonal skills
Proactive and proven to work on your own initiative
Excellent IT skills – salesforce experience useful
