Our global investment management client is currently seeking a Business Development Director, to work with their clients in the Midlands region.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Business Development Director you will be focusing on increasing asset under management, developing the relationships with top end IFA’s and discretionary clients, whilst developing your knowledge of industry trends within the wholesale market.
The successful candidate will be meeting sales and revenue targets from clients to ensure revenue growth, as well as constantly developing their knowledge within the wholesale business development sector and their processes.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively with client based teams and the head of wholesale, as well as the ability to establish and maintain internal relationships. A proven track record of bringing new business and growing the existing client base in the industry will be required.
Experience in working within the wholesale market in asset management will be key, as well as a detailed understanding of wholesale market trends.
Must have a Level 4 qualification, or equivalent.
