A leading Asset Manager is looking for a Sales and Client Associate to join their London team.

This role provides an opportunity to gain further understanding of the continental European Asset Management industry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Sales and Client representatives in producing high quality presentations.
• Assist with business development and client retention process
• Proactively coordinate meetings with prospects, clients and consultants
• Arrange internal pre-meets ahead of prospect/ client meetings
• Act as SalesForce super user being the team’s key contact person for system developments/ changes and communicating this to the team.
• Liaise with Sales, Marketing and the RfP team.
• Maintenance of Information Management system.
• Ensure flows are correctly reflected and allocated to the relevant team.
• Development and maintenance of on-line content service
• Pro-actively play an important role in system development and usage enhancement to aid business development.

Key Skills:
• The ideal candidate will have Asset Management or financial services experience.
• Exposure to sales support or business development within a corporate environment.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills
• Able to multi-task; work to tight deadlines and able to cope under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to liaise with senior stakeholders and build strong relationships.
