A brand new opportunity has arisen for a Project Management Office Analyst
This new department will help to support the Banks future project management and demands, which will be formed under the direction and leadership of the Head of the department.
The PMO Analyst will have a wealth of opportunity to put forward ideas and demonstrate leadership qualities in what will eventually become the future-state PMO. For an ambitious individual, who is interested in a fast-paced, dynamic role within a project environment, this position will be of interest.
Initially reporting into the Head of Business Analysis, the successful candidate will support the governance of project documentation through quality assurance, whilst also providing general support to project demanders / stakeholders. The role will also involve administrative duties such as minute taking, reporting and maintenance of the project portfolio. Eventually, the PMO Analyst will likely provide similar governance within projects, such as ensuring the correct use of tools and frameworks, maintaining project plans, RAID logs and other project artefacts.
Duties will be wide and varied. The successful candidate will be well organised, a strong administrator, and have good all-round MS Office application skills, particularly in MS Excel. The candidate must be adaptable and personable with excellent service-level skills also.
