An opportunity has arisen for a Change Assurance Analyst to underpin the project delivery mechanism by ensuring that the transformation portfolios.
You will be responsible for the following tasks:
• Promote and share effective good practice
• Respond to and field general communication queries, and ensure communication channels for the function (i.e. the intranet) are regularly updated.
• Work in a matrix style across a number of portfolios
• Liaise with internal and external contacts/stakeholders in managing the Transformation portfolio and related details
• Oversee the production and collate monthly, quarterly and annual MI to support T&T
• Support project managers to identify and carry out agreed remedial action in the case of project underperformance, and to promote and share effective best practice
• Responsibility for ensuring all documentation required to support the delivery and management of change
• Work with the central change assurance function to manage audit reviews
• Develop Change Assurance service offering to meet the requirements and needs of the Portfolios leads, business stakeholders and the wider organisations risk appetite
• Provide consulting advice to the portfolios and other business stakeholders on all PMO and change assurance matters
• Support Portfolio Analysts and Portfolio leads in their operation of PMO controls and processes within their portfolios
• Deliver training and guidance (classroom based & other materials) to the change community
• Be critical but supportive advisors to the Portfolio leads and other stakeholders
• Seek continuous improvement in processes, practices and change framework
• Identify and address cross portfolio issues and challenges in a collaborative manner
• Build strong, but independent, relationships with all key stakeholders
What we are looking for:
• You will have experience working within a centralised PMO, supporting a number of individual portfolio PMO’s.
