A leading client is looking for a Business Analyst, Specialising in the Aladdin Practice Operations to join the COO team in London where you will work across the core Aladdin user base.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the delivery/oversight of roll out of Aladdin based solutions design (operating model, IT architecture and controls framework)
• Responsible for analysis, solution design and quality assurance to ensure delivery quality and business benefit realisation
• Responsible for communication of the status of deliverables, key issues, risks & dependencies
• Responsible for escalation to the Aladdin Practice Manager & Operations Change Manager any issues that are causing significant risk to delivery of agree initiatives
• Manage relationships across all interested parties to ensure delivered solution satisfies the stated requirements
• The identification of risk and development of strategies to mitigate risk
• Planning and implementing appropriate processes and procedures for the management of operational and financial risks

Requirements

• Strong Business Analysis skills
• Good financial services experience ideally including investment management organisations
• Good understanding of fund structures and processes.
• Good understanding of the regulatory environment that the investment management business operates within.
• Effective stakeholder management including senior managers.
• Fully competent in the use of MS Office applications and other project tools and methodologies

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience of business analysis including business process change and technology change
• Experience of asset management industry
• Experienced in direct interaction with business users and their processes, analysis of organisational change, documentation and development of new and changed business processes
• Adaptability, in particular to manage and deliver change in the context of an evolving and changing organisation, addressing the ambiguity and conflicting demands
