A leadership position has come available for a top client. You as the Head of Client Engagement will be responsible for client engagement activity. This will be business as usual. This role is responsible for the project work which brings us new or extended client relationship.
Key internal relationships:
Head of Products will own the Business Analysis and Pre-sales resource which may be co-opted to support client engagements.
Effective liaison with Development Management is essential - Managing client projects alongside BAU
Project Management & (Client) Relationship Management
Business Analysis skills.
Fund Services / Fund Accounting ideally Private Equity and/or Real Estate funds but in any event, experience of investment accounting systems.
Excellent communication skills.
Language skills: French language - written & spoken (preferred not essential)
General experience / attributes
Experience of Projects / engagements with larger Custodian banks, Fund Administrators, Investment Managers / Asset Managers.
Relevant business functional experience: Operations, Statutory & Client Reporting or consulting in these line-of-business areas.
Full project life-cycle: preferably with a software product vendor or service provider.
Has worked with / made a positive contribution to ISO 9001 (or equivalent) compliant Quality Management System.
Client-facing: experienced presenter to clients and prospects in pre- and post-sales situations.
Has managed multi-disciplinary teams (Business Analysis/Sales Support, Customer Support ) of up to 5 people.
Experience of MS TFS/MPS or HP ALM or equivalent software project management environment.
Willing/able to spend periods on client site: able to travel throughout Europe, when required, for up to 2 weeks no visa restrictions.
