Our client, a leading international firm who offers world class investment solutions and retirement expertise is now recruiting for a Pensions Operations Business Analyst. You will work with the DC transformation project team, providing the full view of business analyst activities through the project life cycle and understanding the business necessities for this. This will involve working with business representatives within the DC business.
Planning, organising and leading business analysis tasks on the transformation project to agreed timescales.
Capture & clarification of business requirements, in particular data, impact and reporting, producing business cases
Represent the project to other stakeholders
Providing direct input into action plans & risk management procedures whilst delivering sound delivery strategies & phased approaches to meet business need
Work amongst the Technology, Sales, Marketing, Proposition & Senior Management teams to influence business requirements for the project.
Reviewing test strategy for user acceptance and end user testing. Driving user acceptance criteria with the end users. Provide oversight on open defects and their impact
Strong attention to detail, analysis skills and proven project discipline.
Exhibit strong personal skills and stakeholder management experience at all levels.
Experience in working in a DC operational & regulatory environment.
Evidence of problem solving and resolution.
Being able to be organised and adapt to a fast working environment.
Strong experience in gap analysis, cost benefit analysis, workshop facilitation & business case development.
Experience in calculating protected tax free cash and guaranteed minimum pension is welcome.
