A leading client within the asset management space is seeking a Process Improvement associate to join their team. Your role will be executing business process reviews at corporate and cross-functional level. Taking accountability and responsibility for management to all aspects of the review from definition to completion.

Responsibilities

• Successfully lead end-to-end process reviews in collaboration with business resources/stakeholders for improving process performance using Lean Six Sigma tools and continuous improvement methodologies to achieve targeted benefits.

• Applies an analytical approach to problem solving; obtains and uses data, and comfortable with statistical concepts.

• Engage with process stakeholders, identifying opportunities and gaining support for improvements.

• Leverage available tools to drive process enhancements through industrialization of manual/inefficient processes, as well as provide process design/modelling expertise to the wider organization.
