A leading client within the asset management space is seeking a Process Improvement associate to join their team. Your role will be executing business process reviews at corporate and cross-functional level. Taking accountability and responsibility for management to all aspects of the review from definition to completion.
Successfully lead end-to-end process reviews in collaboration with business resources/stakeholders for improving process performance using Lean Six Sigma tools and continuous improvement methodologies to achieve targeted benefits.
Applies an analytical approach to problem solving; obtains and uses data, and comfortable with statistical concepts.
Engage with process stakeholders, identifying opportunities and gaining support for improvements.
Leverage available tools to drive process enhancements through industrialization of manual/inefficient processes, as well as provide process design/modelling expertise to the wider organization.
Sets high standards of performance meeting challenging objectives.
Consistently displays a can-do attitude, perseveres in the face of setbacks and remains calm and professional under pressure.
Establishes and maintains good relationships and works effectively and cooperatively with others.
Communicates constructively, engages others positively and readily shares information and ideas.
Responds quickly and positively to change and maintains effectiveness when experiencing change.
