Purpose:
Execute business process reviews at corporate and cross-functional level. Takes accountability and responsibility for management of all aspects of the review from definition to completion. Drives changes in business processes leading to adoption of new practices for improving efficiency and effectiveness.

The role offers the successful individual an opportunity for identifying opportunities and drive innovative end-to-end solutions across the business in collaboration with key stakeholders

Main duties and responsibilities

Successfully lead end-to-end process reviews in collaboration with business resources/stakeholders for improving process performance using Lean Six Sigma tools and continuous improvement methodologies to achieve targeted benefits.
Applies analytical / quantitative approach to problem solving; obtains and uses data, and comfortable with statistical concepts/methodologies.
Engage with process stakeholders ensuring subject matter understanding, identifying opportunities and gaining support for improvements.
Leverage available tools to drive process enhancements through industrialization of manual/inefficient processes, as well as provide process design/modelling expertise to the wider organization.
Coaches, trains and facilitates business associates in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and support the roll-out of the program.
