As Operations and Projects Specialist, you will support the Operations teams with overseeing controls and implementation tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the review of implementation and corporate action projects
• Lead projects from start to completion
• Oversee functions within quality implementation
• Analyse the quality of implementation projects and contribute to improvements
• Analyse and manage events related to the implementation of DC programs
• Propose and manage improvements and solutions for the implementations and corporate action space
• Bespoke research and analysis of client documentation

Skills and Expertise

• Pensions administration expertise
• Experience in leading projects and implementing changes / Business Analysis
• Previous Implementations experience
• Strong projects experience, incl. write-up, development, testing and implementation
• Corporate Actions experience and Asset Management background
• Operations background and capability to transfer your knowledge and coach
• Strong regulatory knowledge
• PMI ACII / Prince2 qualified or equivalent
