COMPANY INFO:

A global asset manager that’s managed locally is seeking a Derivative Support Change Analyst to join their team. They are focused on their clients’ needs and for over two centuries they’ve grown and developed their expertise in tandem with their clients’ needs and best interests.

ROLE INFO:

Working alongside the Head of Derivative Support, you will concentrate on Derivative business change within Investment globally. You will be responsible for ordering business requirements for new or existing services, classifying potential solutions, measuring costs and impact and then working with IT delivering change to the Investment teams.

OVERVIEW OF KEY DUTIES:

• Examination of business requirements for both new services and alterations to existing services and expansion of business solutions
• Consider the most suitable strategic, cost effective and deliverable resolutions to problems
• Acting as the conduit between the business and technology teams you will guarantee that requirements are transferred effectively and that UAT testing is performed
• Investigating impacts of adding new business partners, adding new product ranges and changing existing processes.
• Responsible for reviewing the end to end process and strategy for executing and settlement of Derivatives

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Regulatory experience will be beneficial, as well as OTC Derivatives knowledge and an operational background; however, these are not essential.
• Experience in Derivative market utilities like Traiana, Markit, Markitwire, TriOptima would be beneficial but not essential.
• Previous experience working as a Business Analyst within a Asset Management or Investment
• Experience of requirement gathering, running workshops and writing business requirement documents
• Excellent communication and stake holder management skills
• Motivated, committed and enthusiastic personality.
• Effective communication skills, written, presentational and verbal.
