Our client is recruiting for a Sales Operations Manager to join their London team. They will owns and is accountable for support of the CRM Platform for the GIS business unit globally. The role will work with the Enterprise CRM Centre of Excellence, other CRM Enterprise teams and the Heads of APAC, EMEA and Americas Management to both support the GIS user base and define and drive forward CRM capabilities and change
Key Responsibilities:
Work with all business areas to define and agree the GIS CRM platform strategy, providing vision and leadership and being an evangelist for the platform across GIS.
Defines and coordinates the development of MI and dashboards within the system to enable effective decision making by senior management.
Develop annual budgets and plans for the support and development of the CRM Platform. Monitor progress against plans and budgets and provide regular updates and reports to management using the agreed templates.
Responsible for the ongoing CRM process training programme for new and existing staff. This includes production and maintenance of training materials, new user training, ad-hoc 1:1 user training, refresher training sessions and training for major platform developments and expansions.
Responsible for documenting and mandating the CRM business processes across GIS. Senior management in each business area will support the CRM manager in enforcing correct system usage
Oversight of GIS Super Users across the firm, acting as an escalation point for issues and providing an ongoing training programme to increase skills and knowledge
Prioritisation of project and support work within the guidelines agreed by the Enterprise CRM Centre of Excellence
Escalation of issues and risks as required
Management and development of directly reporting internal staff
Key Skills:
Asset Management experience is essential.
Working knowledge of and capabilities
Good working knowledge of MS Office and all associated toolsets
Familiarity with Salesforce App
