We are recruiting for a highly experienced DB pensions administrator who has worked in a TPA environment to join our award winning administration team in Birmingham.
Some of your main responsibilities will be to:
provide a seamless, professional and personal service to meet the needs of our clients and members to give them the best possible experience
act as a main contact for our client building strong client and member relationships
deal with complex pensions related queries and requests which span the full pensions lifecycle
draft admin reports, attend Trustee meetings and assist with presenting findings in admin reports at meetings
check team members work
work with the Team Leader to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs, like automation and full use of standard products
actively identify ways to improve our client and member service and help to implement these
assist with workflow management and deputise for the Team Leader if necessary
oversee cyclical and ad hoc projects from start to completion
develop and coach less experienced members of the team

Thats great. If youd like to be considered for this opportunity then you should already have proven strong day-to-day pension administration experience working on DB, DC, Hybrid and CARE pension arrangements, gained in a client focussed Third Party Administration environment.
Youll need up to have strong knowledge of the impact of relevant pensions legislation and regulations on pensions administration.
