We are recruiting for a pensions administrator to join our busy, friendly TPA team in London. From the start youll be a key team member, playing a vital role in delivering high quality administration services to members and clients driving our success. Its a great opportunity to take on more responsibility, build on your existing experience, develop new skills and help improve our processes, procedures and service offerings.
As well as the essential day to day pensions administration on the schemes youll get to work on challenging projects and ad hoc work. We'll also support you with professional study to help move your career along.
Some of your main responsibilities will be to:
provide a seamless, professional and personal service to meet the needs of our clients and members to give them the best possible experience
deal with increasingly complex pensions related queries and requests which span the full pensions lifecycle
find ways to improve our client and member service and help to implement these
draft admin reports
work closely with your colleagues to improve efficiency
work on cyclical and ad hoc projects
