HR Advisor / up to £30,000 per annum (pro rata) + bonus and benefits
We have a fantastic opportunity for a HR Advisor to join a Financial Planning Organisation based in Manchester City Centre. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established company at its growth stage and really grow and develop within the role.
This is a new role created to bring some of the HR duties in house and to start developing the HR department. This position gives the right candidate the autonomy to really put their stamps on things within the company and bring their ideas and experiences to the table.
This is a part time position working 2-3 days a week so perfect for an experienced HR personnel looking to either reduce their working week or work around their home life.
The key responsibilities of the role are as follows:
Creating and implementing training development plans for new and existing staff members.
Managing the recruitment process which will include liaising with agencies, job offers, inductions and any other relevant procedures required.
Work closely with departments on a day to day basis, assisting managers in understanding and implementing the companies HR procedures.
Establish and build good working relationships with all staff members.
The key skills required for the role are as follows:
CIPD qualified or partly qualified.
Ideally from a Financial Services background although other backgrounds will be considered.
Comprehensive knowledge of UK employment law.
A proven track record of success in a similar role.
