A Leading Investment Manager is looking for the ideal candidate to partner alongside the Client Operations Manager. The successful candidate will be able to analyse, negotiate and implement the operational criteria for new institutional clients, products and transitions for new clients regarding any change in management.

Responsibilities:

• Collate and analyse account reference data from a wide variety of sources, and modify data were needed.
• Understand onboarding targets and effects on Custody account opening, SWIFT exchange and trade reporting.
• Influence existing policies and procedures for all services provided.
• Lead operational meetings, conference calls.
• Undergo audit checks on key data elements on different systems to validate that the account has been established accurately.
• Interact with various back office performance, portfolio accounting, investment liaisons or other stakeholder activities to review pending activity.
• Act as the single point of contact with internal stakeholders.

Key requirements:

• Experience in Client Onboarding and Investment Operations.
• Experience in Financial services and particulary in Custody is essential.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical individual with a problem solver attitude.
• Independent, self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
