Our client, a leading Investment Manager is currently looking for an individual to support the data and re-structuring of the Digital Enablement for Institutional projects.
Allocate ownership to all account and contact records in Salesforce in line with business practice custom to object records.
Conduct meetings with data owners to process the required structures for their client hierarchies and agree the actions for cleaning their Accounts and Contacts.
Work with internal data architect(s) to risk assess and note the effects of the agreed actions on systems.
Prepare reports detailing the records that will be kept for each user post-cleaning.
Experience of other CRM Systems and reporting tools.
Experience of ETL or any other data management systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to demonstrate data manipulation skills.
Experience within a client service or sales environment.
Exposure in using salesforce is a beneficial.
Advanced Excel or Apex Data Loader skills are desirable.
