Our client, a leading Investment Manager is currently looking for an individual to support the data and re-structuring of the Digital Enablement for Institutional projects.

Key responsibilities:
• Allocate ownership to all account and contact records in Salesforce in line with business practice custom to object records.
• Conduct meetings with data owners to process the required structures for their client hierarchies and agree the actions for cleaning their Accounts and Contacts.
• Work with internal data architect(s) to risk assess and note the effects of the agreed actions on systems.
• Prepare reports detailing the records that will be kept for each user post-cleaning.

Requirements:
• Experience of other CRM Systems and reporting tools.
• Experience of ETL or any other data management systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to demonstrate data manipulation skills.
• Experience within a client service or sales environment.
• Exposure in using salesforce is a beneficial.
• Advanced Excel or Apex Data Loader skills are desirable.
