Our leading banking client is looking for an eCommerce Client Services Specialist to join their team based in Birmingham. The successful individual will be at a Senior Analyst or Associate level.
This position will be focusing on FX across the electronic trading platforms, with this position focusing specifically on communicating with external clients, sales team and traders to resolve any day-to-day issues that may occur.
Key responsibilities will include:
Supporting a range of clients and providing trade issue assistance
Managing trade flows and setting up amendments
Communicating with clients on a daily basis and acting as the main point of contact for client escalation
Strong client services background
Any FX experience is highly beneficial
Ability to multi-task with excellent time management skills
Investigation / problem resolution skills
