Our top tier Financial Service client based in Chester is looking for a Dispute Manager to join the businesses wider Collateral Operations Department on a permanent basis. The aim of the team is to support the governance model so that the bank can reduce the capital charges due to disputes arising.
Key responsibilities include:
Manage and monitor dispute investigations
Provide dispute reports
Identify, investigate and escalate disputes and discrepancies
Report the progress on disputes to senior stakeholders and regulators
Managing a team of 3, helping to develop and mentor
Previous management experience
Experience within OTC is highly beneficial but solid understanding in other financial products is desirable
Assertive and highly influential with the ability to run meetings at all levels with presence
