Our top tier Financial Service client based in Chester is looking for a Dispute Manager to join the businesses wider Collateral Operations Department on a permanent basis. The aim of the team is to support the governance model so that the bank can reduce the capital charges due to disputes arising.

Key responsibilities include:
• Manage and monitor dispute investigations
• Provide dispute reports
• Identify, investigate and escalate disputes and discrepancies
• Report the progress on disputes to senior stakeholders and regulators
• Managing a team of 3, helping to develop and mentor

Experience required:
• Previous management experience
• Middle office experience or strong product knowledge
• Full or Part Qualified Accountant
• Experience within OTC is highly beneficial but solid understanding in other financial products is desirable
• Assertive and highly influential with the ability to run meetings at all levels with presence
