Our client, a global investment manager firm. Are looking to recruit a Team Leader - Integration Controls. The main purpose of the role is to manage the Reconciliations Controls Team responsible in ensuring both the integrity and automation of the reconciliation process on a daily basis enabling the process and function to effectively to deliver comprehensive, timely and accurate reporting requirements to both internal and external clients within the set SLA’s.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure stringent controls are in place to restrict and manage operational risk.
• Daily review of data integrity errors to identify common themes and co-ordinate resolution with respective parties.
• Monitor and report on performance against service level agreements. Review working processes and implement service improvements.
• Produce trend analysis to highlight on-going or recurring exception themes. Proactively develop effective and constructive remediation to prevent reoccurrence.
• Manage and develop all direct reporting staff and ensure team performance meets agreed targets and measurements.
• Assist Line Manager in project work and ability to lead team in Line Managers absence.

Key Skills:
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to direct and motivate a team
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Understanding of operational risk and controls
• Able to adapt and thrive in a changing environment
• An interest in pursuing a career within the Investment Management / Financial Services Industry
• PC skills including MS Excel and MS Word
