A world class investment solutions and retirement expertise company are looking for a Retirement & Transfer Quality Approver to join their team. They are a privately owned, independent company, with the resources to provide their investment knowledge, technology and service innovation needed to help our clients reach their financial goals.

ROLE INFO:

As a Retirement & Transfer Quality Approver, you will be part of the Workplace Investing Operations Team and dealing with key matters relating to retirements and transfers and ensuring they are accurately processed. This will include ensuring accurate technical content is attained and that agreed quality values are met.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To verify key tasks so that consistent & good customer outcomes are achieved for members and clients
• Carry out protected tax free cash and guaranteed minimum pension calculations
• Assess and improve current processes
• Accurately approve financial transactions for retirement, death, divorce and transfers
• Manage routine and non-routine queries by providing true information punctually and confidently
• You are to guarantee that retirement and transfer work items are accurately processed
• Ensure administration work is within the expected standards in productivity, quality and deadlines

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with pensions administration would be a plus
• Thorough knowledge of pension administration processes and technical regulations would be a plus
• Experience in calculating protected tax free cash and guaranteed minimum pension would be a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Accuracy and attention to detail essential, with strong analytical skills and ability to identify potential risks
• A desire to ensure each and every customer outcome is accurate and the best it can be
• Effective problem solver
• Ability to work under pressure
