A leading UK merchant banking group based in South Manchester is currently looking for a Client Data Administrator. The Business provides lending with an emphasis on specialist finance, deposit taking, wealth management and security trading.

To apply for the position you must have previous experience in the following areas
• Experience of client data set up, ongoing maintenance and closure processing, internal stock transfer movements and other associated administrative activities of the Client Data Team.
• Utilised the PULSE and Symphony Cash Management (SYD) systems on a daily basis.
• Completed processing of internal stock transfers between portfolios for such processes as deceased administration and inter spousal transfers, amongst others.
• Experience of processing client and portfolio closures ensuring that residual monies are sent out to clients in a timely manner together with relevant reporting and that the records on PULSE are updated appropriately.
• Daily completion of processing of existing client static data changes, including, but not limited to, change of address, change of bank details, ongoing fee amendments and new portfolio set ups.
• Updated the ‘Intelligent Office (IO)’ with applicable case details and progress.
• Processed new client set ups, including, but not limited to, ongoing fee shapes/structures, reporting pack settings, income preferences/bank account recording and all other applicable data items.
• Involved in regular checking, monitoring and the verification of data.
• Recorded and collated departmental statistics on a daily and monthly basis.
• Participated in the Appraisal and Development Scheme and updating all departmental procedures.

The right candidate will enjoy attention to detail with the ability to work within a fast paced environment to very tight deadlines. With an understanding of compliance with regulatory framework and ideally to have worked within a similar organisation. The role includes extended working hours during peak periods.
