Our leading Financial Services client, based in Leicester, is seeking a Finance Analyst with previous cost management & reporting experience, to join their growing team. You will support the cost management and cost reporting, budget and forecasts. This is a fantastic opportunity for a finance professional with cost management experience to specialise in this area. Key Responsibilities

• Cost planning and reporting
• Produce cost analysis and reports
• Analysis of cost performance, forecast and budgeting processes
• Produce and deliver presentations on how cost is performing against targets
• Support the forecasting cycle and budget setting process
• Become SME in cost management

Skills and expertise

• Previous Cost Management experience (1-3y) from a banking background
• Experience in analysis and interpretation of financial data, and reporting
• Accountancy qualification (ACA / CIMA / ACCA) (incl. passed finalist or newly qualified)
• Data management experience
• Experience in producing and delivering presentations - Power Point proficiency a must
• Advanced Excel (incl. lookups, pivot tables, macro’s experience)
• Educated to University degree level or equivalent
